Whether you're searching for your first practice opportunity or marketing yourself to the community where you'll be practicing, business cards are an essential tool for networking and generating referrals.

The AOA is excited to help get your career off to a successful start by offering a FREE set of 250 personalized business cards, each imprinted with the "Member of the AOA" logo.

Who is Eligible?

2^nd year students and 4^th year students enrolled in an accredited school or college of optometry in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada. Active membership in AOA/AOSA is required to take advantage of this offer.

How Do I Order?

Click on the "Click to Order" button for one of the business cards below.  Enter your AOSA/AOA username and password.

Select "Catalog" from the top navigation bar.  Select American Optometric Association Catalog and then "Student Business Cards" on page 2 of the catalog.

Click "add to cart" and then "add to order".  A template with data fields will appear.  Complete the form and then click on "create".  This may take a minute, but a card will appear.  You may select "cancel" to make changes or "add to cart" to complete your order.

Next, follow the steps by adding yourself as the recipient and pick a delivery date from the calendar and hit continue.

A required survey will appear.  Note:  Once the survey is completed, the $25 fee will be removed.

How Will My Cards Be Delivered?

Second-year student – once you submit the online order form (see link below), your personalized cards will be shipped directly to you at the address indicated on your form. One complimentary set of cards is available per second-year student.

Fourth-year students – once you have secured a position or place of employment, order your cards to include your new practice address and contact information. Your personalized cards will be shipped directly to you at the address indicated on your order form.

Note: If you haven't secured a position yet, you can submit the "2nd-Year Students" form below (to include your personal contact info only). Once you've found a position or opened your practice, you can request a second set of cards by submitting the "4th Year Students" form below.
