What to expect: The 4 Es of Optometry's Meeting
Why attend Optometry's Meeting this year? Take a look:

  1. Expanded education. Five days of CE kick off at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday and continue through noon Sunday—that’s an additional half-day of CE. Check out the all-new OD Crossfire Series, an interactive education track with audience response technology. Also participate in OD Talks, a lively new learning experience based on the popular TEDx Talks, for a sneak peak 10 to 15 years into optometry’s future.

  2. Exclusive events in the Exhibit Hall. Explore the latest products and services to enhance your practice in the Exhibit Hall, and while you’re there, find new events, such as the “Appy Hour” discussion of the latest in mobile apps that can help your practice; the Taste of Seattle Experience with the Emerald City’s staple cuisine; and the lunch coupon sponsored by Signet Armorlite on Saturday.

  3. Exciting entertainment and speakers. Former Navy SEAL Robert J. O’Neill delivers the Opening General Session keynote address, and stand-up comedian Sinbad and performance painter Brian Olson take the stage at A Celebration of Optometry.

  4. Engaging representation. Be a part of setting optometry’s course and experience how your representatives keep the profession moving forward in the AOA House of Delegates. Optometry’s Meeting is the only meeting where all states are represented.
