Randolph E. Brooks, O.D. is the AOA President-Elect and an AOA representative to the JBCPT. He is in private practice in Ledgewood, NJ.

Arol R. Augsburger, O.D., M.S. is an ASCO representative to the JBCPT and President of Illinois College of Optometry.

David A. Cockrell, O.D. serves on the AOA Board of Trustees and is currently a private practitioner in Stillwater, OK. He is an AOA representative to the JBCPT.

Donovan L. Crouch, O.D. is a NBEO representative to the JBCPT, serves on the NBEO Board of Directors, and is a private practitioner in Storm Lake, IA.

Larry J. Davis, O.D. is an ASCO representative to the JBCPT and is the Dean of the University of Missouri-St. Louis, College of Optometry.

Thomas L. Lewis, O.D., Ph.D. is the Past-President of the American Academy of Optometry, and President of Salus University in Elkins Park, PA. He represents AAO to the JBCPT.
