Optometrist who resides and practices in the United States
Licensed optometrists who practice in the U.S. must join the AOA through the affiliate association in which their principal practice or place of employment is located. Find your AOA affiliate association in the drop-down menu below labeled 'state in which your practice is located.' Select AFOS if you are on active duty in the armed forces. Complete and submit the basic contact information, as requested. (Remember, the AOA membership calendar year is Jan. 1 through Dec. 31.)
