2010 Congressional Advocacy Conference

The 2010 AOA Congressional Advocacy Conference took place March 2-4 at the J.W. Marriott Hotel in Washington, D.C., located on Pennsylvania Avenue between the U.S. Capitol and the White House. New this year, Wednesday's program began with a 2-hour CE Credit Course, along with lobbying workshops and legislative issues briefings. After the "Breakfast with Optometry's Champions" on March 4th, participants headed to Capitol Hill for their pre-arranged appointments with their senators and representatives.
