EyeTACSM is a service offering strategic solutions to health centers that want to improve access to eye care and/or open a sustainable comprehensive vision and eye health service to meet unique needs.

An Optometric Clinic Manual is currently being developed to help centers open and maintain vision services. This will be an A to Z guide for the community health center.

The manual will include the following types of sections:

  • Community partners and planning
  • Designing a facility
  • Staffing models for a facility
  • Business Plan and financial components
  • Clinic Operations
  • Program Sustainability
