Optometric Workforce Study survey responses due July 31

Practicing optometrists who have been invited to participate in the American Optometric Association (AOA)/Association of Schools and Colleges of Optometry (ASCO) Optometric Workforce Study are asked to return survey responses by July 31, 2012. Surveys were mailed to more than 4,000 practicing optometrists on July 13, 2012. When completed later this year, the Optometric Workforce Study will provide the optometric profession, law makers and other stakeholders' definitive assessment of supply and demand for eye and vision care in the U.S. Respondents have a choice of either filling the survey out and mailing it back or using a weblink (provided in the mailing) to complete the survey online.
