VISION USA STATE-RUN PROGRAMS

The following states participate in VISION USA using a local screening agency. Please refer to the instructions in your state.

Montana	Montana is not participating in the Vision USA program but you can contact the Montana Optometric Association at: 36 South Last Chance Gulch, Suite A Helena, MT 59601 Or call: 406-443-1160 for referrals to other groups that might be able to assist you with a free eye exam.
