Military Examination Administration Form

If you are currently active duty military stationed overseas and would like to test at your base, you must complete the Military Exam Administration Form and submit with your Exam Application and fee ($240). Please contact the CPC office at 800-365-2219 ext. 4210 should you have any questions. On-base testing is only offered to active duty military who are stationed overseas.
