- Wang Vision Institute Residency in Refractive and Ocular Surgery, which is affiliated with the Indiana University School of Optometry (2013);
- BVA Advanced Eyecare-Tulsa Residency in Ocular Disease, which is affiliated with the Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry (2013)

Classification of “Accredited” continued following a full evaluation visit:
