GL-Drop the Drops: Glaucoma Treatment Options for Patients with OSD
Description:
Traditional treatment with eye drops for glaucoma can contribute to ocular surface disease (OSD). It is important that all clinicians treating glaucoma also diagnose and treat ocular surface disease to increase patient comfort and compliance, and prevent worsening OSD. We will review non-drop options such as SLT, intracameral implants and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) and how they fit into the treatment protocol for patients with glaucoma and OSD.
