Description:

This course will review the HIPAA and privacy rules.  We will delve into the penalties for violations and how to address any breaches in privacy.  With the No Surprise Bills Act of 2021 comes other obligations that must be met when dealing with patients.  These new guidelines are evolving.  We will review all theses news rules as they are known at the time of OM 2023.
