White dot syndromes are a group of posterior inflammatory diseases typically affecting younger individuals. These conditions are misunderstood, overlooked, and often misdiagnosed. This is a practical review of these conditions. Relevant information will be provided for eye care providers to evaluate, manage, and appropriately refer these patients to improve long-term visual outcomes.
