Description:

The course will focus on providing a review of the most up-to-date information on diagnosis and management of Age Related Macular Degeneration (ARMD). Emphasis will be placed on diagnosis using a multi-modal imaging technologies, such as SD-OCT, OCT-Angiography and Fundus Autofluorescence. Via interactive discussions and case-based presentations the course will present a well-annotated images for various stages of ARMD, demonstrating how data extracted from an instrument can transform into valuable clinical information used in clinical decision making. The course will capitalize on the information gained to further review the future developments in the field of ARMD therapy. The foundation provided in this course will possess all the necessary tools needed for diagnosis and management of ARMD in day-to-day clinical practice.
