Paraoptometric Community Service Award

The American Optometric Association Paraoptometric Community Service Award recognizes a deserving AOA paraoptometric individual who has generously donated his or her time and talents to the profession of optometry, patients and the public. Nominations should include: a statement of qualification of at least 350 words (not to exceed 2,000 words), a cover letter and any additional supporting documentation. The nominations will be evaluated based on the conditions outlined in the rules and criteria document.
