What is a Paraoptometric?

There is a great distinction between ophthalmic technicians or assistants and paraoptometrics. Paraoptometrics are exclusively trained to assist doctors of optometry. Learn more through our brochure.

Members can submit questions regarding medical records and coding to askthecodingexpert@aoa.org. Here are the latest questions.
