SGRC Regional Advocacy Meetings
The AOA State Government Relations Center (SGRC) will host a series of four regional advocacy meetings across the United States later this summer and fall to build on the profession’s historic, statehouse momentum in 2021 and prepare advocates for future successes. Directly connecting affiliates' advocates with colleagues who have faced challenges and found successes in the legislative trenches before, the AOA SGRC Regional Advocacy Meetings are opportunities to hone affiliates' advocacy strategies with firsthand input from seasoned statehouse veterans. Each of the four regional advocacy meetings, beginning in July and continuing through October, will feature collaborative and interactive sessions intended to provide advocates with the latest information about the challenges and opportunities facing the profession.

Northeastern Regional Advocacy Meeting
Northeastern region states include: Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachussetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont.
