Infants present to optometrists with unique considerations in testing, case analysis, and formulating a treatment plan. This course presents 7 case reports to demonstrate these considerations. Five cases involve diagnosis and management of significant ametropia. One case is an ocular surface abrasion. One case is Delayed Visual Maturation with neuro-optometric strategies. Strabismus and amblyopia factor into 5 of the cases. With each case, specialized infant test methodology is described.
