YORI: We're going to the Match!
Sponsored by Rhode Island Optometric Association

On Saturday, October 11, 2025, YORI is hosting a member-, friends-and-family social outing at Rhode Island’s hottest sports destination—Centreville Bank Stadium in Pawtucket.
Together, we’ll cheer on Rhode Island FC, the Ocean State’s first professional soccer club, as they compete in the USL Championship.
This special evening is a chance to celebrate our optometric community, share in Rhode Island pride, and experience the excitement of professional soccer in a world-class venue.
Attendees can also purchase a M7 Parking Lot Tailgate ticket or join the YORI-driven tailgate members at the M7 parking lot—just bring your favorite tailgate food and drink for a fun pre-game celebration! Attendees are encouraged to visit the team's website to garner an understanding of STADIUM PARKING.
Tickets are only $20 per person! The RIOA will send you your digital tickets and parking lot passes by Wednesday, October 8, 2025.

About Our Team:
YORI, the young OD networking arm of the RIOA, seeks to provide opportunities for younger practitioners to connect and network, collectively sharing and embracing present issues facing young OD's and our shared profession. YORI is a great vehicle to start getting involved in the RIOA.
Rhode Island FC (RIFC) is the Ocean State’s first professional soccer club, competing in the USL Championship since 2024. In their debut season, they stunned the league by reaching the Eastern Conference Final and quickly built one of the strongest fanbases in USL. Playing at the new 10,500-seat Centreville Bank Stadium in Pawtucket, RIFC draws sell-out crowds and anchors a major waterfront development project. Rooted in community pride, diverse local culture, and deep youth soccer participation, the club has positioned itself as both a competitive force on the field and a unifying symbol of Rhode Island identity.
About CENTREVILLE BANK STADIUM:
