Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Refunds/Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it within 30 days. For full refund or credit, merchandise must be in unmarked, saleable condition. Please include a copy of your invoice.

Exceptions: Software, e-Books, licensed CD-ROMs, downloaded data and .pdf files, personalized items and audio and video products are not eligible for return, unless defective. Defective products will be replaced.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs for any personalized item order. Customized items that have been customer-approved are not eligible for return or refund.

Product Availability

AOA reserves the right to change any or all prices and to eliminate items without advance notice or substitute revised materials for those orders. If you need assistance locating a product or have questions regarding the AOA Marketplace, contact us.

Shipping

If you are ordering for any destination outside the Untied States (including international addresses) or require additional shipping needs, including expedited shipping, please contact the AOA Marketplace at 800-262-2210.

Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM CST. Orders placed after 3 PM during business hours or on holidays will ship on the next available business day.

Please Note: Shipping charges do not apply to downloadable products, e-Books, or software.

Delivery

Delivery dates can only be guaranteed if material is shipped UPS Next Day or 2nd Day service. Shipping times for UPS Ground are only approximate. Expedited orders ship on the first available business day. Call 800-262-2210 if you have a concern about an order which requires a specific delivery time frame.

Foreign Orders

All orders from foreign countries (except Canada) must be prepaid. A quote including shipping will be provided. Orders will automatically be insured at customer expense and shipped Air Parcel Post whenever possible. All foreign payments must be made in United States funds.

How do I log in to the AOA Marketplace?

How do I receive my AOA member discount?

AOA Members must log in under their AOA Member account to take advantage of member discounts. If you are uncertain of your member status, please call 800-365-2219. You can also learn more about joining the AOA Marketplace by visiting our Join Now page on our website.

Can I order on behalf of my AOA member optometrist?

Yes. Check with your AOA member doctor for login credential information.

Are quantity discounts available?

There are quantity discounts available for many of the AOA Marketplace products. If you require a quantity not available on the Marketplace, please call 800-262-2210 for assistance.

What is AOA Marketplace?

The AOA Marketplace is your source for coding materials, study resources, forms, stationery, patient education material, displays and so much more.

Does the AOA Marketplace ship to P.O. Boxes?

Standard orders are shipped via UPS, which requires a street address. If you would prefer to receive your order at a PO Box address, please let us know by calling 800-862-2210 at the time of ordering. 

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes; please call us at 800.262.2210 for additional information on expedited orders, UPS Next Day and 2nd day service.  

How do I order customized/personalized products?

Select the customizable product you are interested in ordering. Then click on the "Custom" box. This will display the pricing for this product. Now click on the "add to cart" button. At this point, if you are not already logged on to the AOA Marketplace, you will be asked to log in. If you have an existing account, you would use your standard login information. However, if you are not an AOA member and have also never previously ordered product through the AOA Marketplace, you would then need to register.

Once you are successfully logged in, you will then be directed to a page which provides all the text fields available for customization. Fill out the fields which correspond with your personalization needs and then click the "create proof" button. Once you do so, your proof will be automatically generated and presented to you for review. To inspect the proof up close, click the "View Sample PDF" link just below the product image and wait ten to twenty seconds for the proof PDF to load. If you wish to then add this product to your order, simply click the "add to order" button and proceed with your order. Please note that all customized product sales are final. You are responsible for reviewing your customized content.

What should I do if I cannot find a product online?

Due to certain limitations, not all AOA Marketplace products are available online. To inquire about a particular product, please call the AOA Marketplace at 800-262-2210.
