CPT codes deleted in 2023—do you know what codes may be billed to replace them?

Here are some recent questions posed to the experts and their answers.
Several CPT codes were deleted in 2023, including those for new (CPT 99324-99327) and established patients (CPT 99334-99337) in assisted living facilities. For assisted living facilities, what CPT codes may be billed to replace the deleted codes?
If you are seeing a new patient in an assisted living facility, you may bill CPT 99341-99345. For established patients in an assisted living facility, you may bill CPT 99347-99350.
When doing an OCT 92134 to rule out Cystoid Macular Edema, if the test is normal, can doctors of optometry use the code for ruled-out conditions?
If you are performing an OCT for Cystoid Macular Edema and the condition is not present, doctors of optometry can’t use it as the diagnosis code for the service.
Is there an updated list of quality measures for MIPS 2023 submitted through Medicare Part B claims?
